Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our programs and the immediate access provided to course materials, all purchases are final.
Self-Paced Programs
Once access has been granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided.
Coaching Programs
For one-on-one coaching programs, payments made are non-refundable.
If a participant wishes to discontinue the program after purchase, no refund will be applicable.
Rescheduling Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with prior notice, subject to mutual availability.
Exceptional Circumstances
Any exception to this policy shall be solely at the discretion of Truptti Sayani.
